These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

General Information

Stock Availability:

We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all the items selected at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the order for the available products and contact you about out of stock items; whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout. Payment for shipping will be collected at the time of purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping costs to our customer.

The Fulfillment of Orders

General Processing Time: 1 day — orders ship within 24 hours

There are times when an order can be processed immediately for fulfillment. Other times, we need time to validate your purchase in an effort to reduce fraud. This is a benefit to you and The Food is Good, LC.

Estimated Delivery Times:

• 5 - 6 days for Domestic (orders ship within 24 hours)
• International delivery times vary by destination (see International Shipping below)
• Some items may require a longer delivery and it will be stated.

International Shipping

Orders placed from outside the United States are fulfilled through Shopify's Managed Markets program. For these orders, Global-e acts as the merchant of record — the legal seller of the products you buy. Global-e handles duties, taxes, customs documentation, and delivery arrangements, so nothing extra is due when your order arrives. Please note that PayPal is not available on international (Managed Markets) orders.

In-person (pop-up event) purchases

Items you buy at one of our pop-up events are handed to you at the event — there's nothing to ship.

Wholesale orders

Delivery for wholesale and retail-partnership orders follows the delivery terms in the applicable agreement.

Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

Change of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been processed.

Cancellations

As we are vigilant in our efforts to ensure authentic transactions and protect our customers, there is a 6hr - 12hr delay in processing your order. We use this window to verify funds and the transaction. You are able to cancel your order within this window without issue. However, once you order has been verified and the order is in processing, you can not cancel. Most items we carry can not be returned. Tracking Notifications

Upon fulfillment, customers will receive a tracking code or link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

Parcels Damaged in Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service for next steps and/ or refer to our Returns | Exchanges and Refunds Policies.

Refused Packages

Any order that is unable to be delivered, and is returned to us, will be treated as a return and a credit of the purchase amount, less any shipping charges (including return shipping), will be refunded to your original payment method.

Shipping Restrictions

We ship our products anywhere we offer delivery — there are no brand-based shipping restrictions. For international orders placed through Shopify's Managed Markets program, products that are restricted in your country are automatically hidden from the catalog and can't be purchased. In the rare case that an item in your order can't be shipped to your location, we'll notify you by email and refund or exchange that portion of your order, per your preference.

Non-Returnable Items

• Food and drink items (unless damaged or incorrect).

Gift Card Purchases

If you made a purchase using a gift card and there is an issue with your order (such as damage, defect, or receiving the wrong item), we’ll make it right and grant store credit where appropriate just like with any other purchase.

Return & Exchange Policy for Non-Food/Drink Items

For eligible non-food/drink items, we have a 14-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your non-food/drink item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label (to be debited from your order cost unless the item is damaged or incorrect), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your food/drink item or non-food/drink item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Returns or exchanges are only accepted for food and drink items if they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Store Credit

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was accepted or not, and the reason(s) why. If accepted, you’ll receive store credit for the purchase price, less any relevant shipping charges.
