The First Taste Program is our exclusive service where CBS members get first access to our newest and most exciting gourmet products and offer feedback before they're available to the general public.
Are the products full-size or samples?

We don't do things by halves here! Every product in your First Taste box is full-sized. No tiny samples or "just a taste" nonsense. We want you to truly experience and enjoy each product to its fullest.
How do I provide feedback on the products?

Each box includes a link to a brief survey where you can share your thoughts on the products.
Are the products in the First Taste Program available for individual purchase?

Not immediately. As a First Taste member, you get exclusive access before these products hit our main store.
What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?

Please let us know about any dietary restrictions or allergies when you sign up, and we'll do our best to accommodate them.
Do you ship internationally?

We ship within the USA, and international orders are fulfilled through Shopify's Managed Markets program — duties, taxes, and customs are included at checkout, so nothing extra is due when your order arrives. International delivery times vary by destination.
