Non-Returnable Items

Gift Card Purchases

If you made a purchase using a gift card and there is an issue with your order (such as damage, defect, or receiving the wrong item), we’ll make it right and grant store credit where appropriate just like with any other purchase.


Return & Exchange Policy for Non-Food/Drink Items

For eligible non-food/drink items, we have a 14-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your non-food/drink item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label (to be debited from your order cost unless the item is damaged or incorrect), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your food/drink item or non-food/drink item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Returns or exchanges are only accepted for food and drink items if they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Store Credit

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was accepted or not, and the reason(s) why. If accepted, you’ll receive store credit for the purchase price, less any relevant shipping charges.
