Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, a pre-order, or part of our First Taste Program. This cancellation policy outlines how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select. Your payment details will be stored securely, and you'll be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew, you can cancel at any time. Your order confirmation emails include links to manage your subscription.

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you're buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.

You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled and receive a full refund. Once fulfilled, the order cannot be canceled. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.

First Taste Program

By participating in the First Taste Program, you agree to try new products and provide feedback. Payment for these products may be collected upfront or upon shipment, depending on the program terms. You may cancel your participation at any time before the next shipment is processed.
