Pairing Note:

This Blackberry and Sage Oolong Sparkler is the perfect companion to our Cozy Balsamic Fig Seafood Pasta. The fruity blackberry notes complement the sweet and tangy balsamic fig flavors in the pasta, while the sage in both dishes creates a harmonious herbal thread throughout the meal. The sparkling element provides a refreshing contrast to the rich, warm pasta, cleansing the palate between bites.

Chef's Note:

For a stronger tea flavor, you can steep the tea bags for up to 7 minutes. If you prefer a sweeter drink, feel free to add more honey powder to taste. For a non-sparkling version, simply omit the sparkling water and replace it with additional chilled tea.

While this recipe is designed to showcase our Blackberry Sage Oolong Tea, you can experiment with other tea flavors from our range. For example, our Citrus Mint Green Tea or Earl Grey Lavender Tea could also create delightful sparklers. Just remember that changing the tea will alter the flavor profile, so you may need to adjust the amount of honey or fruit to taste.
