Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup The Food is Good, LC Bravado Mānuka Honey & Passion Fruit Hot Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons The Food is Good, LC Mediterranean Lemon Dressing & Marinade
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon The Food is Good, LC Organic Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon The Food is Good, LC Organic Lyophilized Honey Powder (for extra sweetness, optional)
  • Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. In a large bowl, mix together 1/4 cup of the Bravado Mānuka Honey & Passion Fruit Hot Sauce, Mediterranean Lemon Dressing & Marinade, minced garlic, Organic Balsamic Vinegar, salt, and pepper. If using, add the Organic Lyophilized Honey Powder for extra sweetness.

3. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.

4. Arrange the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 74°C).

6. While the wings are baking, prepare the glaze by heating the remaining 1/4 cup of hot sauce in a small saucepan over low heat until slightly thickened.

7. Once the wings are done, brush them generously with the heated glaze.

8. Return the wings to the oven and broil for 2-3 minutes, watching carefully to prevent burning.

9. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.

10. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions if desired.
